Unfortunately, Anker power banks do not support pass-through charging and they cannot charge the connected devices while they are being charged themselves.

Anker stopped implementing the pass-through charging technology because if there is a difference between the output of the wall charger and the input of the device being charged, it can cause the power bank to rapidly power on and off. This increases the charging time for both the power bank and the connected device, which could significantly shorten the lifespan of the power bank.
