What should I do if I cannot connect my eufy Breast Pump to the app?

If you cannot connect your eufy Breast Pump to the app, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to solve the issue.
Before connecting the eufy Breast Pump to the app on your smartphone:
- Ensure the eufy Breast Pump is powered on.
- Ensure the eufy Breast Pump’s Bluetooth is in pairing mode, with the LED indicator lights (L&R) flashing alternately.
- Confirm the Bluetooth on your smartphone is enabled and disconnected from other Bluetooth devices.
- Place the eufy Breast Pump and your smartphone next to each other.
- Ensure the eufy Breast Pump has sufficient battery power.
If the initial Bluetooth pairing process fails, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Restart your smartphone and the eufy Breast Pump.
- Try adding the eufy Breast Pump again in the app.
