Abnormal Image on the Baby Monitor Screen

If you have encountered the monitor’s display screen that is black, blurry, flashing or showing any abnormal color image, here are some tips for you.

 

1. Remove the camera from the monitor to check if the monitor display screen is still abnormal.

 

2. If the image is still abnormal, please try to reset the monitor by poking the reset hole on the back of the monitor. For some baby monitor models, the RESET button is on the back of the monitor stand.

 

3. If the image recovers after removing the camera, then the issue is due to a defective camera. Please contact eufy customer support for warranty replacement.
