Can I share eufy Baby Smart Sock with family members?

Please follow the steps below in order to share your eufy Baby Smart Sock with family members.

 

  1. Please make sure the person you are sharing the device with has already downloaded the eufy Baby app and has signed in to the app. Please refer to How do I sign up for the eufy Baby app? if needed.

  2. Send an invitation to the invitee by launching the eufy Baby app on your smartphone, and then proceed to the Me tab > Share Devices > tap the App Ready button > select eufy Smart Sock > tap the Next button > enter the invitee’s eufy Baby account email address and then tap the Next button > tap the Confirm button and an invite will be sent.
  3. After an invitation has been successfully sent, the person being invited will receive a notification on his/her smartphone in the eufy Baby app. Please ask the person to accept the invitation to complete the device sharing process.
  4. The other person can now start using your eufy Baby Smart Sock!

 

Note: If your family member fails to receive an invitation, please make sure both the device’s primary owner’s eufy Baby account and the invitee’s eufy Baby account are in the same Region setting. An account’s region can be found by selecting the Me tab > Settings > Region to view the details.
