Does the eufy Baby app work with my smartphone?
Please make sure your smartphone is running iOS 10.2+ or Android 5.0+ in order to use the eufy Baby app.
Can the Smart Sock prevent Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)?
Please note that eufy Baby Smart Sock is not a medical device and it cannot be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition, including but not limited to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).
How do I create an account for the eufy Baby app?

Where is the QR code that I need to scan to set up my eufy Baby Smart Sock?

Why am I getting a “QR Code Does Not Exist” error message when scanning the QR code?

How does eufy Baby Smart Sock track data when my baby is asleep?
eufy Smart Sock tracks the baby’s current sleeping state by detecting the baby’s movements and heart rate. Please note that the data will be slightly delayed when the baby is asleep, but the data are accurate and will be uploaded to the Dashboard in the eufy Baby app after the baby wakes up.
How many different statuses does the Smart Sock track?
The baby’s sleep status can be further divided into the following categories:
- Light Sleep or Calm - When the Smart Sock detects that the baby is either gradually falling asleep or sleeping lightly.
- Light Sleep or Wiggly - When the Smart Sock detects that the baby is moving slightly or sleeping lightly.
- Awake or Moving Around - When the Smart Sock detects that the baby is either awake or moving around in their sleep.
- Restful Sleep - When the Smart Sock detects that the baby is sound asleep.
What does the Active/Peaceful Gauge track?
When the baby is wearing the Smart Sock, the Active/Peaceful Gauge will provide information about how active the baby is while asleep. This is determined by the baby’s movements for you to better understand both your baby’s sleeping state and quality of sleep.
Can I connect multiple Smart Socks to one Smart Sock Base?
No. Currently, each Smart Sock has to connect to its own Smart Sock Base.
Can I add multiple Smart Socks in the same eufy Baby account?
Yes! You are able to add multiple Smart Socks if you have more than one baby. However, each Smart Sock will need to connect to its own Smart Sock Base.
How does the Smart Sock connect to the Smart Sock Base?
The Smart Sock connects to the Smart Sock Base via Bluetooth 5.0, please make sure the Smart Sock is always within Bluetooth range that is no farther than 10m/30ft.
Why is the eufy Baby app’s Dashboard not displaying any data?
Please note that the Dashboard’s historical sleep data will only show up after the baby wakes up, and the Smart Sock will automatically detect when the baby wakes up. Additionally, it will take approximately 15 to 30 minutes for the data to be processed and shown on the Dashboard after the baby wakes up.
Are the data being tracked by the Smart Sock accurate?
Yes. The Smart Sock tracks and provides accurate data; however, please note that when the baby naps or sleeps for less than 30 minutes, the Smart Sock may not be able to provide an accurate data analysis due to the limited time.
How does the Smart Sock determine my baby’s heart rate range?
The Smart Sock calculates the minimum and maximum heart rate in beats per minute (BPM) when your baby is sleeping to provide a general indication of your baby’s sleeping patterns.
Why is the Smart Sock not detecting any heart rate?

Can I share my eufy Baby Smart Sock with my family members?

How long does each charge last after my eufy Baby Smart Sock is fully charged?
Once your eufy Baby Smart Sock is fully charged, it should last approximately 24 hours before it needs to be recharged again.
How long does it take to recharge the Smart Sock?
It will take approximately two hours to fully recharge the Smart Sock.
How do I recharge the Smart Sock?

Can I wash my eufy Baby Smart Sock?
Yes. Please refer to the following guide when you would like to wash your Smart Sock:
- Remove the sock sensor from the sock wrap.
- Use mild detergent and cold water to wash the sock wrap.
Note: Although the sock sensor has an IP65 rating, please do not submerge the sock sensor in water.
- Please air dry the sock wrap and do not put it in a dryer.
Does eufy Baby Smart Sock work on an Android phone?
Yes. Please make sure the Android phone is running Android OS 5.0 or newer.
Does eufy Baby Smart Sock work on an Apple iPhone?
Yes. Please make sure the Apple iPhone is running iOS 10.2 or newer.
What is the operating temperature range of eufy Baby Smart Sock?
eufy Baby Smart Sock has an operating temperature from 32°F to 113°F / 0°C to 45°C.
