AnkerMake Studio Software Installation and Usage Guide

1. Installation Package Download

2. Installation

  • Double-click the installation package to install the software, and follow the system prompts to complete the installation.

3. Open AnkerMake Studio Software

  • Open AnkerMake Studio and enter the main interface.

4. Importing Models

  • Click on the + icon on the main page and select the model file to be sliced.

Supported Formats: OBJ and STL (BINARY and ASCII formats).

 

Model Operations

  • Auto Placement: Automatically distribute multiple imported models on the platform.

 

Move: Select the model and click the move icon to manually move or enter specific values.

Scale: Select the model and click the scale icon to manually adjust the size or enter magnification values.

Rotate: Select the model and click the rotate icon to manually rotate or enter rotation angles for the XYZ axes.

Place on Face: Select the model, click the "Place on Face" icon, and manually select the desired face of the model to place flat on the print bed.

 

Split Items: Import complex models and split them into multiple items.

Split Parts: Import complex models and split them into parts.

Cutting: Select the model and click the cutting icon to cut the model to any height.

Draw Seams: Select the model, click the seam icon, and manually draw the seam positions.

 

Manual Support Painting: Select the model, click the manual support icon, and draw supports where needed.

 

Automatic Orientation: Select the model and click the automatic orientation icon to the bottom of the model according to the maximum contact surface.

Measurement Tool: Select the model, click the measurement tool icon, and measure distances and angles.

Text Embossing: Select the model, click the text embossing icon, enter the text information, and select the text embedding method.

 

Variable Layer Height: Select the model, click the variable layer height icon, and set the layer height for each layer.

Assembly View: Select the model, click the assembly view icon, and set the explosion ratio and assembly perspective.

Slicing

  • Select Device, Material, and Nozzle Diameter: Choose the corresponding device, material, and nozzle diameter.

Simple Mode: Quick to use with built-in profiles.

Expert Mode: Customizable parameters for professional users.

Wait for the slice to finish and preview the slice status.

  • Blue: Different structural parts.
  • Red: Current layer scanning path planning preview and different observation angles.
  • Yellow: Workpiece topography preview at different heights.

 

Printing

  1. USB Flash Drive Printing
    1. Export the Gcode to a USB flash drive, insert it into the Type-C interface at the top of the M5 right shoulder screen, and select Start > USB on the M5 operation interface to start printing.

 

Wi-Fi Printing

  • Simply click Print in the lower right corner, select the printing device in the device selection window, and click Print to start printing after the device reaches the required temperature.

Note: AI recognition capabilities are only available when using AnkerMake Slicer. Other slicers like Cura and Simplify3D will not support AI intelligent detection.
