If your eufy Breast Pump has no suction or weak suction, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to solve the issue:

1. Please inspect the duckbill valve and diaphragm for damage, including 

cracks, chips, holes, or tears. If a part is damaged, discontinue use and purchase a replacement.

2. Please check that the assembly is correct and that the four pieces (duckbill valve, flange tunnel, diaphragm, and pump hub) are perfectly sealed.

3. Please adjust the wearing position, make sure the nipple is at the center of the flange tunnel, the pump is sealed to your breast, and you can feel noticeable suction.

4. Experiment with different flange or insert sizes.

5. Please try different suctions and rhythms.
