If your breast milk gets stuck in the diaphragm chamber and spills during transfer, please follow the steps below to solve the issue:

  • When transferring breast milk, please remove the pump hub from the container. Avoid disassembling any components (including the diaphragm) other than the pump to prevent leakage.
  • Please hold the container with the flange side facing up and turn it to pour the breast milk.
  • When the pouring spout faces down, please tilt the container further to empty the breast milk.
  • Lastly, please remove the diaphragm to collect any trapped breast milk, if necessary.
