How do I troubleshoot the “QR Code Does Not Exist” error message for my eufy Baby Smart Sock?

If you are having a difficult time scanning the QR code or it is consistently giving you the “QR Code Does Not Exist” error message, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

 

  • Please make sure you are scanning the correct QR code. Visit What should I do if I cannot find the QR code on my eufy Baby Smart Sock? if you are unable to locate the QR code.
  • Insert the SN of the Smart Sock Base manually when the app prompts you to scan the QR code.
  • Slowly move your smartphone closer to or farther away from the QR code located on the bottom of your Smart Sock Base.
  • Avoid scanning the QR code in a dark environment or under direct sunlight.
  • Try scanning the QR code with another smartphone.
  • Please make sure the eufy Baby app is updated to the latest version.
