What should I do if the SYNC button on my eufy Baby Smart Sock Base does not work?

If your Smart Sock Base does not emit a beeping sound after you have pressed and held the SYNC button for two seconds, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

 

  • Please wait for the Smart Sock Base to complete its initialization process after it is plugged into a wall outlet. Once the Smart Sock Base powers on and completes the initialization process, its LED indicator ring will turn green.
  • Please make sure you press and hold the SYNC button for at least two seconds.
  • Please restart the Smart Sock Base by unplugging the power cable and then plugging the cable into the Smart Sock Base again.
