How to Fix Bluetooth Connection issues with the AnkerMake App on M5

Fault Description:

When the mobile app connects to the device via Bluetooth, if the Bluetooth connection is lost, a pop-up window as shown in the figure below will appear.

Solution:

  1. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
  2. Ensure the device is turned on.
  3. Ensure the phone is near the device with no obstructions in between.
  4. Try using another phone to connect to the device.
  5. If none of the above methods solve the problem, click Settings > Restore to restore the factory settings and then reconnect via Bluetooth.

If the problem still cannot be resolved, please contact support.
